Goa:A shameful blot on India's fake democracy

Goa in the past was the paradise of a tourist spot for the foreigners(particularly Russians) not after Scarlet Keeling a 15 years old child's rape and Murder Samson D'Souza was charged with rape and murder while Placido Carvalho was charged with the intoxicating her.But till now no action has been taken against them owing to some invisible "support".
So the media as usual digested the news and people and activists as usual forgot the Scarlet's case and jumped to Ruchika case(they'll switch to other case soon!!long live media!!)

The latest incident comes after last month's rape of a 25-year-old Russian girl allegedly by local politician, John Fernandes.

In another incident, on December 26, two Russian girls had to hide in forest for almost four hours after a taxi driver chased them.
The recent one being a nine-year-old Russian girl was raped by an unidentified man at Arambol beach in North Goa.So what's the action the Govt has taken i the past and what its going to do to safeguard the tourists that too particularly teen childs getting raped often this is not a matter to be left off like Sikh riot case or the Q case which the Congress safeguarded all the useless stinking fellows known to its rotten party.
Its easy for them to hide these kind of rapes and murders because everyday new problems keep arising which the media constantly shifts itself to sell its useless matters.But they never showed any public interest in the left off cases..
While India celebrated its 61th Republic another rape has occured..huh...hail India for providing such "Quick" justices...
